Brochure


A brochure with information on how to recognise abusive situations and strategies on how to deal with violence against older women in the family was developed. This brochure is on the one hand for professionals (home nursing, home help and other domestic services), working in the field of home care, especially with older people. On the other hand the brochure is for the line managers or coordinators, who are responsible for the daily organisation of services, for the support and training of professional staff, and for their physical and psychological well-being. The brochure is divided into 8 sections, introduction, defining the problem, risk factors, recognising abuse, coping strategies for professionals, summary and as well as a national part with useful links and contact details.
